About the Role As their Production Manager, you will lead the E2E production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellence in everything they do. This role involves inventory management, production scheduling, quality control, and team leadership, with responsibilities split between their production kitchen and office. The company follows a 7-day production cycle. You’ll work closely with their leadership team to maintain high standards while scaling operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Production Management: Oversee inventory for their online store, production facility, and distribution hub using tools like Shopify and tracker spreadsheets. Develop and adjust production schedules to efficiently meet demand. Manage bulk orders of ingredients and packaging, balancing lead times with production needs. Coordinate product dispatch and liaise with 3PL partners for stock and fulfilment needs. Lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient scheduling, training, and daily communication. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with SALSA food safety standards. Conduct internal process audits and maintain thorough production and quality records.
