Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching. Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). Lead OCTO’s AIF EMEA team collaborating with OCTO’s Principal Engineers/Technical Directors, other AIF leads, Google Product/Engineering and our strategic customers. Leverage your deep technical expertise to help identify and refine promising projects across a rich variety of highly complex technical problem spaces with a particular focus on AI. Build an inclusive, collaborative and effective team coaching and mentoring the team on experimental thinking, challenging their assumptions, structuring communication for successful transitions and career development.
