Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed EMEA Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute the strategy for the Amazon Connect services categories across EMEA. As the EMEA Marketing Manager for Amazon Connect, you will be responsible for determining how the AWS services categories help address customer needs. You will be developing a scalable marketing strategy to help drive service adoption for Amazon Connect.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role spans across each customer segment in EMEA, encompassing both technical and business decision-makers. Your remit will include understanding our business strategy, understanding customer needs, our service portfolio, defining the proposition, program planning, campaign development, and coordinating execution across our EMEA field marketing teams to deliver results.
You will work closely with the AWS EMEA marketing leadership team and be responsible for working with EMEA category sales and local sales teams in countries, as well as with corporate teams in the US. You will deliver programs that drive awareness, leads, and service adoption. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goals to senior leadership
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint
