Trademark Lawyer

Our client develops innovative financial tools, including a mobile wallet, and is involved in creating decentralised social networking and stablecoin solutions. They have a number of brands, logo and brand assets. Some are trademarked but a number are not.

They are looking for an experienced trademark lawyer to develop the strategy for the group to protects its brands assets using trademarks or otherwise. The project would include of searching existing trademarks to see if there are any blockers, and then preparing the descriptions, classes and service scope purposes of filing. The actually filing of the trademarks would be conducted by external counsel. Typically trademarks have been registered in US, EU and UK.

It is anticipated that this project will take around 1 – 2 weeks, full time and starting in May.
