Specializing in HVAC controls and Building Management Systems (BMS), they deliver tailored solutions to industries like commercial offices, healthcare, and education, ensuring compliance, comfort, and reduced energy consumption. Role Overview They are currently seeking skilled Commissioning Engineers to join their team, focusing on HVAC controls and building management systems. As a key part of the commissioning team, you will work to ensure efficient system commissioning, software configuration, and client handovers, predominantly in the South-East region, particularly around Greater London. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project commissioning goals. Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system checks, panel modifications, and configuration adjustments. Conduct client demonstrations, training, and system handovers upon project completion. Provide troubleshooting support and ensure compliance with client specifications and project timelines. Regularly report progress to the Technical Director and Project Managers, addressing any issues or snags encountered. Candidate Requirements Must have a valid CSCS card and relevant electrical qualifications. Proven experience in HVAC controls, BMS, or building automation systems. Knowledge of non-proprietary protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, mBus) and IT networking is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Full UK driving license is required. Experience Levels Engineer (2-5 years) : Hands-on commissioning experience; capable of working independently. Senior Engineer (5-10 years) : In-depth technical expertise with leadership potential.
