Responsibilities Carrying out the Reliability and Availability Analysis of HVDC Offshore and Onshore Facilities Facilitate and Lead the workshops for FMECA Carry out Reliability prediction for HVDC Systems Perform Availability analysis according to Cigré TB 590, Sensitivity analysis, calculate forced energy unavailability (FEU) and forced outage rate (FOR) Generate report for Reliability and Availability analysis Create and develop Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) Perform Markov analysis Collaborate and Coordinate with Data Analysis team to develop RAMS dashboard Collaborate and Coordinate with cross functional teams in RAMS as well as with other stakeholders in the project team Prepare Documentation of the Processes followed, methodology, observations from workshops Action Tracking & Follow up for Risk Reductions Meet Work Quality Standards – First Time Right, Control Defect Escapes Support Audits Skills Technical Engineering Graduate from Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Strong understanding in performing FTA compliances with IEC 61025 and RBD with IEC 61078 Knowledge of performing Reliability prediction using MIL 217 F N2, and or equivalent standards Understanding of performing FMECA according to IEC 60812 & MIL – STD – 1629A Ability to read Schematics, Process Flow Diagram, Specifications documents, Functional Documents etc to deduce information from the same to conduct the analysis Non-Technical Strong Communication Leaderships Facilitation Brainstorming Leading a team Managing work packages Team development Software MS Office Isograph PTC Windchill Quality Solution (Risk & Reliability) Standards DNV-ST-0145 Offshore substations IEC 62061 Experience 10+ Years of Experience Should have conducted RAMS study and Workshops Certifications CRE and or Equivalent certification
