The consultancy specialises in managing cladding and internal combustibility risks, defects, and remedial projects. They are currently overseeing the refurbishment of multiple façades on residential buildings, working with a wide range of clients including social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums, and management companies.

The Role
As an Employers Agent, you will lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to provide expert advice, mitigate risks, and drive project success. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, providing expert advice to achieve client objectives.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an Employers Agent or in a similar role within the property and construction sector.

- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
