What You'll Be Doing:

Maximising online sales & conversions – ensuring every customer has a seamless and exciting shopping experience
Owning the digital trading calendar – planning and executing promotional activities
Analysing website performance – spotting trends and making data-driven decisions
Collaborating with digital marketing teams – driving CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programs
Optimising customer experience – using heatmaps, customer insights, and A/B testing to enhance the journey
Working with external agencies – including PPC, paid social, and website developers
Managing stock levels & site updates – making sure the hottest products are always available

What We're Looking For:
