Are you a Private Client Solicitor (3yrs+) or CILEX looking to work 4 days a week from home and only 1 day in the office? Our client is an established and growing West Sussex practice boasting a range of HNW clients including celebrities, entrepreneurs and clients in the technology sector. The successful individual will be joining and spearheading the firms Private Client offering whilst working closely alongside two of the firms experienced Wills Probate & Trusts specialists. You should be comfortable handling Probate & Estate maters, Trusts, drafting complex Wills and providing advice to individuals on IHT & CGT. Any experience with Court of Protection work would be an added bonus. This role is available on a βmainlyβ remote basis although office attendance will be required at least 1 day a week. As well as meeting clients the successful lawyer will also help play an active role in developing new business and assisting in growing the department as a whole. Individuals must be driven and be comfortable working as part of a wider team in the firms open plan offices. Experience with Case Management systems and IT competency is required. This is a great opportunity to join a growing department within this practice which are offering WFH flexibility along with a generous salary, holiday entitlement and a bonus scheme.
