As a key member of the Senior Academic Leadership Team, the Executive Dean provides visionary and operational leadership across the institution's academic portfolio.
The postholder is responsible for:
- Driving institutional academic excellence
- Supporting external engagement with university partners
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (including OFS Condition B3)
- Delivering on institution-wide academic and regulatory objectives
The Executive Dean champions a culture of academic integrity, innovation, and inclusivity to ensure the College delivers exceptional outcomes for students and stakeholders.
In conjunction with the college principal, the role has accountability for leading the academic Schools, shaping and delivering the academic strategy, and ensuring a high-quality, contemporary educational offer aligned with university partners and the creative and professional industries.
