Senior Pricing Consultant - RPO

Senior Pricing Consultant is an integral part of the Korn Ferry Talent Transformation team. The role is responsible for supporting the sales strategy with complex RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solution data analysis and pricing structures.

This role requires a solid financial modeling background, advanced Excel abilities, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations and evolving requirements without compromising accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in finance, commercial modeling, reporting & analytics in recruitment operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL (would be an advantage).
• Strong financial and business acumen to drive commercial success
• Proficiency in managing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights for decision-making
• Experience in applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Excellent attention to qualitative and quantitative detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Critical–thinker, problem-solver who focuses on continuous improvement, can work in an ambiguous environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and pricing strategy, preferably in RPO or related industries
