Job Description
The Projects Solicitor will be:
- Advising on major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally
- Managing complex transactions, including renewable energy, hydrogen, and bioenergy projects
- Collaborating with senior partners and clients on high-profile projects
- Drafting and negotiating key project documents and agreements
- Assisting in business development
The Successful Applicant
The Projects Solicitor should be / have:
- A solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE in projects, infrastructure, or construction law
- Proven experience in major energy or infrastructure projects, including renewables
- Strong client-facing skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ideally, experience working on international projects and cross-border transactions
- Ties to Leeds
What's on Offer
