Job Description

The Projects Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally
  • Managing complex transactions, including renewable energy, hydrogen, and bioenergy projects
  • Collaborating with senior partners and clients on high-profile projects
  • Drafting and negotiating key project documents and agreements
  • Assisting in business development

The Successful Applicant

The Projects Solicitor should be / have:

  • A solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE in projects, infrastructure, or construction law
  • Proven experience in major energy or infrastructure projects, including renewables
  • Strong client-facing skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ideally, experience working on international projects and cross-border transactions
  • Ties to Leeds

What's on Offer

A competitive salary of between £68,000 and £80,000 per annum. Pension scheme contribution of 5%. Potential bonus up to £25,000. Health-care package. 25 days holiday leave.
