WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will leverage data from diverse sources to enhance business performance, optimise efficiency, and maximise ROI. Monitor key customer KPIs to inform acquisition and retention strategies through A/B testing and actionable insights. Apply statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that guide strategic decisions. Effectively communicate complex data to various stakeholders, and develop dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. You’ll also foster strong partnerships with external lead generation providers and collaborate across teams to implement data-driven solutions.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Minimum of 3 years commercial experience as a Data Analyst or similar
