SF Recruitment are delighted to be retained and working with one of our long-standing clients to recruit a National Account Manager.
As the National Account Manager you will be responsible for securing, maintaining and driving sales growth for the business from its National Account customers. Building relationships with key contacts, identifying and maximizing opportunities through the use of strategic planning and the setting of customer objectives.
You will be working with the internal branch operations and business functions to manage services according to contract SLA measures and targets, in dealing with customer branch/vendor networks, with the aim of maximising all potential sales, reducing costs by improving parts availability and increasing responsiveness throughout.
Job Duties:
- Manage a set of National Accounts to deliver all sales and margin targets set across the portfolio.
- Establish and deliver Strategic Objectives set per client.
- Define rules of engagement for all customers and ensure full delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Be a point of escalation for all National Account queries.
- Work with branch and customer local contacts to ensure consistency in UK wide service delivery.
- Proactively encourage and manage all relevant customer complaints through to resolution and to establish root cause.
- Support the capture of customer satisfaction and work with NAD to deliver service quality improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in customer portfolio.
- Provide support to National Account Director in delivering set objectives.
- Work with the Operations team department heads and senior management to get the best performance from employees.
- Support development and implementation of policies and procedures.
