Provided you hold experience in a financial planning setting and the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, all other training and support will be provided, as such these really are exceptionally rare opportunities.

Role responsibilities:
- Holding client appointments, building trust and rapport, gaining a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and financial goals along with their attitude to risk.
- Collaborating with your colleagues and support teams, creating bespoke financial plans and delivering these to clients in a jargon free, easy to understand manner, answering all questions along the way.
- Conducting regular financial reviews with existing clients, amending financial plans according to changing circumstances and goals.
- Demonstrating excellent listening skills, empathy, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Offering a keen eye for detail and accuracy, continually meeting the needs of internal and external regulation and compliance.
- Keeping up to date with your CPD.
- Providing support to your team members and the admin team alike.
Ideal candidate:
- Diploma qualified Paraplanner or Bancassurance/Mortgage Adviser aiming to transition to wealth management, or an experienced Financial Planner seeking a role with less travel and more support with clients.
- Experience in a financial services environment, whether in a client-facing, paraplanning, mortgage, or administrative role, with Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Polite and professional manner.
