We’re looking for someone with experience in financial services to lead and implement best-in-class data governance frameworks. You will ensure the integrity, security, and usability of critical data assets in an autonomous role that will make have a massive impact on the company! Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Establish policies and processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, Basel III). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, IT, and Business Units, to manage data standards. Drive data quality initiatives, including the creation of metrics and ongoing performance reporting. Lead and oversee data stewardship programs, empowering stakeholders to maintain data integrity. Manage data governance tools and systems to improve data lineage, cataloguing, and privacy.
