Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to develop, implement, and maintain AI governance frameworks that ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration, driving responsible AI practices, and overseeing risk management and policy development.
- Develop and implement AI governance strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulations.
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into operational governance structures.
- Conduct responsible AI assessments and maintain AI inventories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate governance into compliance processes.
- Chair governance focus groups and drive discussions on responsible AI strategies.
- Represent the organization in regulatory forums.
- Provide expert advice on AI compliance to internal teams and clients.
Expertise in AI governance, risk management, and policy development. Deep knowledge of data governance principles, GDPR, and global AI regulations like the EU AI Act. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex initiatives. Experience in ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and fairness assessments.
