Packaging and Labelling Supervisor

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise a team in clinical supplies packaging & labelling
- Oversee daily operations, schedules, and resources for production
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines
- Maintain production accuracy through systems like SAP
- Drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct staff training and support technical documentation efforts
- Investigate and resolve process deviations with corrective actions
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in a production or packaging setting
- In-depth knowledge of cGMPs and global regulatory requirements (MHRA, FDA, EU CTR)
- Experience in clinical trial supplies or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Mechanical Engineering (required)
- Strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with tools like SAP, Veeva, MS Office
