We are looking to recruit a Project Manager for a leading IT Consultancy. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. While experience with Unit4 software is highly desirable, we welcome candidates with strong ERP project management experience from other platforms. This is a remote role with occasional travel to customer sites, typically once or twice a month, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP Implementations: Manage multiple ERP projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Project Governance: Establish structured frameworks, track financials, risks, and business cases to maintain high project standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for key business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • PMO Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to drive seamless execution and continuous process improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the maturity of PMO functions, integrating best practices in project management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, successfully delivering IT or ERP projects.
  • ERP experience (Unit4 highly desirable but not essential) - experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is welcomed.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of PRINCE2 methodologies, with demonstrable experience in applying best practices.
