We are looking for a mid-level Data Scientist to join our client's growing team. You will use your skills in data analysis and machine learning to uncover insights, build predictive models, and support decision-making across various projects. You’ll also work closely with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Explore large datasets to identify patterns and insights
- Build and improve machine learning models to solve business problems
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, etc.)
- Data Engineering Support
- Work with data engineers to ensure clean, usable data
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model input
- Write automated checks for your models and processes
- Work with stakeholders to define problems and share results
- Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Join design sessions to help shape the team’s work
- Build domain understanding to improve model accuracy
- Provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, or similar
- 2+ years in data science or analytics
- Experience building machine learning models and analyzing data
- Background in designing experiments or solving real-world problems with data
- Strong coding skills in Python or R (R is a plus)
- Experience writing SQL and working with databases
- Comfortable with data visualization tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage your time well
