Required for this luxury tour operator with an office based in central London. Homebased or hybrid is fine. CRM and social media management experience is a must, ideally within travel for a similar company.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus great bonus and benefits.

CRM and Social Media Manager's Duties:

  • Look after the company's email programme and social media activity
  • Stand alone position reporting into the head of marketing
  • Customer contact plan development
  • Email programme delivery
  • Customer database management
  • Define and develop the organic social media content strategy
  • Paid social media delivery
  • KPI reporting

Skills Required:

  • CRM and social media management experience within travel is a must, ideally for a luxury travel company, or a senior executive looking to step up
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4 and the Meta platforms
  • Significant multi-channel CRM campaign experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
