As part of the IT team at Mobius Networks, the Infrastructure Engineer is crucial in maintaining and enhancing both internal IT infrastructure and customer-facing IoT networks. This role involves designing, implementing, securing, and supporting critical systems to ensure seamless operations. This role is vital in delivering and maintaining IT services for both internal teams and customer operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver projects and solutions related to the IT Infrastructure (internal and customer facing)
- Manage, maintain, and optimise IT Infrastructure for key and critical services (internal and customer facing)
- Implement changes and upgrades for the IT Infrastructure and customer IoT Network
- Proactively monitor and enhance the Cyber Security posture for all IT Infrastructure services (internal and customer facing)
- Create, maintain, and adhere to documented policies, processes, and procedures
- Where required, collaborate with Mobius Mobile Network Operators on service implementation and improvement
- Provide support to both internal users and end customers
- Monitor and respond to incidents, both minor and major (internal and customer facing)
Key Experience & Skills:
- Windows Server: 2016, 2019, 2022+
- Cisco Networking: Configuration of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Network Management & Monitoring
- VPN Implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting: IPSec and SSL VPN setups
- Disaster Recovery: Implementation, maintenance, and management of backup and recovery solutions
- Operating Systems and Virtualization: Linux, MS Windows Server, Virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Microsoft Office 365
- Scripting languages & Automation tools
- Backup and recovery solutions (Asigra DS-User, Veeam, Acronis)
- Network monitoring tools (PRTG)
- Antivirus & Endpoint Detection and Response
- Web & email filtering
- Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Firepower preferred others beneficial)
- Managed Wi-Fi solutions (Cisco Meraki)
- Two-factor authentication (RSA, Authenticator apps)
- Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)
Desirable skills:
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- RADIUS: Experience with Steel-Belted RADIUS, FreeRADIUS, or nuRADIUS
- Database Management: Basic knowledge of MS SQL
- Security Appliances: Experience with filtering solutions, RSA authentication, and Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)
- SIEM solution exposure
