My client is a small boutique agency, made up of branding and marketing experts. They specialise in empowering businesses to achieve their goals by providing premium branding strategies with big-brand thinking for luxury SME clients across the UK.
Are you a natural creative with a passion for crafting stunning visuals for premium, luxury or aspirational brands? My client is seeking a mid-weight Graphic Designer to join their small and close-knit marketing team. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic collective of experienced digital marketing and branding specialists who deliver big-brand thinking to SME clients to deliver their digital marketing and eCommerce campaigns.
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that captivate audiences and align with client objectives. You’ll work across digital and print platforms, social media, websites, branding and advertisements, ensuring every creative output reflects the high-end quality our clients demand.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and Manage Brand Imagery: Oversee the creative image of clients across all marketing channels, ensuring cohesive, visually impactful messaging.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging digital assets for social media, paid platforms, eCommerce platforms, email marketing and more with support from the content assistant.
- Creative Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on innovative strategies to meet clients’ short- and long-term goals, delivering integrated 360 content across platforms.
- Marketing Collateral: Design and manage the development of marketing materials, from initial concept to distribution.
- Photography and Video Shoots: Plan and direct client shoots, selecting creative elements such as venues, photographers and stylists.
- Pitch Support: Design impactful presentations for client pitches and new business proposals.
Who You Are

Your Skills and Experience
- A degree, preferably design based.
- Advanced design expertise in Photoshop, Canva, InDesign and Figma.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A background in the luxury lifestyle sector, with an understanding of the luxury goods and services industry would be a huge advantage for this role.
- Fluent in English.
