The Role:

  • As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full supply chain process – from forecasting and inventory planning to logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.
  • You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and product availability across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Manage inventory levels and forecasting to support product launches and seasonal demand
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners
  • Lead demand planning and stock replenishment processes
  • Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective logistics solutions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including NPD, Operations, Sales and Finance

About You:

  • Proven experience in a supply chain role within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and logistics
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Great communicator with strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven and confident using supply chain/ERP systems
  • Thrive in a scale-up or fast-paced environment
