Are you a supply chain pro with a passion for beauty? We are recruiting on behalf of an exciting cosmetics and beauty brand who are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations in a brand that is making serious waves in the beauty world. The Role:
- As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full supply chain process – from forecasting and inventory planning to logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.
- You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and product availability across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations
- Manage inventory levels and forecasting to support product launches and seasonal demand
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners
- Lead demand planning and stock replenishment processes
- Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective logistics solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with teams including NPD, Operations, Sales and Finance
About You:
- Proven experience in a supply chain role within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and logistics
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Great communicator with strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven and confident using supply chain/ERP systems
- Thrive in a scale-up or fast-paced environment
