We have a fantastic Salesforce Business Advisor role with a leading IT consulting company.

Our client is in the process of building out a Salesforce advisory team to help support their customers on their digital transformation journey. Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Business Advisor, you will act as the subject matter expert for digital transformation with companies operating in the following sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, and/or FinServ.

You will work across teams to help guide and inform both the client and business on their Salesforce solutions and digital transformation journey, thereby helping to ensure the success and delivery of the implementation projects.

Skills

Key Requirements for the Salesforce Business Advisor:

– Be a subject matter expert in Healthcare, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, and FinServ; and support projects in applying operating model optimizations using the Salesforce platform.
– You MUST have worked for another consulting company.
– Able to grow and maintain client relationships to advance their client’s objectives and to be their trusted advisor, enabling their strategy from operating model to enablement.
– Able to assist with business development and bid responses.
– Complete solution and technology architecture.
– Run compelling workshops to extract and challenge information from client SMEs and successfully guide participants through unknown territory.
– Solid presentation skills and can hold a room full of stakeholders.
– Strength in project management and agile delivery.
– Deep understanding of Salesforce’s core clouds (Sales, Service & Marketing), preferably Industry Clouds (Financial Services and Health).

Experience Requirements

As a Salesforce Business Advisor, you must have a solid background within a consulting role involving Salesforce.

You should also have deep and extensive experience working within one of the following sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, and FinServ.
