We are looking for a Service Engineer based in North London. The Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving ongoing issues when required. You will deliver a quality and reliable service to our customers and colleagues, ensuring that reliability issues are addressed promptly. Any issues with van stock or training needs should be reported back to the Regional Service Managers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes
  • Participating in the on-call weekend rota for engineer technical assistance and reactive calls (1 every 4 weekends)
  • Highlighting technical skills gaps
  • Managing stock levels
  • Managing customer relations at a site level
  • Keeping up to date with all company admin and training courses

Additionally, you will need to:

  • Identify issues requiring Account Support due to ongoing customer issues

Requirements:

Candidates should demonstrate understanding and experience relevant to the Field Engineer role, including:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in the coffee machine or vending industry
  • Proficiency with phones and laptops

Other qualities include:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks
