Job description TAs work with and care for children of all ages. They play an integral part in pupils well-being; ensuring pupils thrive in a positive environment. TA’s will be offered a personalised pathway to develop in up to two specialist areas: special educational needs and disability, early years, behaviour, English as an additional language and assessment. You will support students to accomplish their daily goals in a variety of subjects and work with teachers to understand and support assessment.
