This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Paddock Wood, Kent. You will play a key part in managing product supply, software licensing, renewals, and warranties, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both internal teams and customers.
The role would suit someone with previous experience in IT procurement, product coordination, or technical support who is confident handling Microsoft 365 and other vendor licensing models.
Key responsibilities:- Manage quotes, renewals, and orders for licensing and hardware
- Focus on subscription-based licensing models (Microsoft 365, WatchGuard, Veeam, VMware, etc.)
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery
- Track and manage product warranties, renewals, and annuity contracts
- Keep customers updated and provide after-sales support where needed
- Coordinate closely with the finance, service desk and projects teams
- Experience in a procurement, technical admin, or supply chain role (ideally within an IT services or MSP environment)
- A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and how it works commercially (MS-900 is ideal, but not essential)
- Familiarity with recurring revenue models, software renewals and warranties
- Solid knowledge of core IT products (laptops, peripherals, software, licensing)
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
