As the new Junior Sous Chef Pastry, you will work 40 hours a week in our OXO pastry department. About the role… As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be helping prepare beverages for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

  • Provide ideas and prepare great food not only for our customers but ensure the team members are also following those skills.
  • Support daily delegation of duties.
  • Maximise sales by being able to make informed recommendations and suggestions to head chef.
  • Support the smooth running of a section.
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety.
