My client is looking for a number of talented Master Data Analyst's to join their growing data team. Reporting to the Master Data Manager, you'll play a crucial role in implementing data governance initiatives and maintaining high-quality master data using Profisee MDM technology. Your expertise will help establish trusted data assets that support critical business operations and decision-making.

Location: Reading office, Hybrid (2 days on-site required)

The Master Data Analyst will:

  • Create and maintain authoritative reference data across business domains
  • Perform comprehensive data source discovery and profiling activities
  • Build and refine data models that accurately reflect business operations
  • Conduct systematic data quality assessments and develop improvement strategies
  • Create and implement rules for maintaining data quality standards
  • Design entity resolution frameworks to ensure accurate data matching
  • Define entity relationships and hierarchies within master data structures
  • Implement data processing workflows and event triggers
  • Configure data taxonomies and classification schemas within the MDM platform
  • Apply business rules and governance controls in the MDM environment
  • Coordinate data mapping and integration processes
  • Develop exception reporting and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with business teams to resolve complex data issues

The Master Data Analyst will have:

  • Practical experience implementing master data solutions, ideally with Profisee
  • Background in data quality assessment and improvement techniques
  • Knowledge of entity relationship modeling and hierarchy management
  • Experience implementing data taxonomies and classification frameworks
  • Hands-on expertise with MDM systems configuration
  • Skills in developing data quality reports and dashboards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong technical foundation in data management platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL programming (essential requirement)
  • Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
