Excellent opportunity for a confident 2nd Line Support Engineer with stakeholder management experience to join a world renowned business offering a brilliant work/life balance, a varied and interesting day job, and a great benefits package! This company is relatively new in the UK but is very well established across the EU. They are diversifying their team here and are looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis to the team.
In this role you will provide 2nd Line Support across the UK and Ireland. You’ll also provide VIP support to the CEO and CISO who are both based in the UK. You’ll join a wider team of Support Engineers but you’ll be the very first to be based in the UK, instead of Europe. You’ll work 9-5, Monday to Friday, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
The ideal candidate will be a confident 2nd Line Support Engineer with good stakeholder management experience within a commutable radius of Hereford. Candidates must have:
- Windows 10 & 11 support experience
- Microsoft Server 2016-2020 experience
- Some SQL Server experience
- Good Azure support experience
