Our client, a super friendly, award-winning social media agency based in London, are now looking for an Account Manager to work across a big B2B social media account.
Account Manager Role Overview:
They're seeking an experienced Account Manager with a keen interest and experience in social media. You will manage several clients, particularly in the electrical and financial services sectors and will have managed B2B accounts previously and be enthusiastic about working in this space.
As a B2B Account Manager, you will:
- Be the main contact for clients. Build strong relationships, understand their goals, and ensure a high standard of service through regular communication and support.
- Manage B2B client relationships, demonstrating an understanding of the nuances and needs of B2B versus B2C marketing.
- Manage the delivery of social media projects and retainers – including delivery of social creative (always-on and campaign production), paid media activations, and influencer marketing – from start to finish, working with colleagues from across the business to deliver on time, on budget and to client expectations.
- Oversee budgets, contribute to account planning, and identify opportunities to add value for clients. Develop scopes of work and support revenue growth within your portfolio.

- Be knowledgeable in all things social and digital marketing. You can rattle off examples of social best practices and have a point of view on the latest campaigns. You are also confident in working with Creators and/or Influencers on behalf of your clients.
You will bring:
- 2–3+ years of experience in a client-facing agency role delivering digital and social media campaigns.
- Experience working with B2B clients, ideally within the utilities or financial services sectors.
- Strong client servicing skills, including expectation management, keeping others informed, and building relationships.
- Experience managing timelines, estimates, budgets, forecasts and invoices.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media, and a desire to stay ahead of the latest trends
