Focus 5 Recruitment are working with a thriving digital marketing agency who are currently growing their team with the addition of a talented PPC and Paid Social Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a varied and strategic role, working with a diverse range of clients to deliver impactful paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, strong client communication skills, and a genuine passion for digital performance. You’ll take ownership of key accounts, lead on strategy, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth.
Key responsibilities for the PPC and Paid Social Manager:- Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads and paid social platforms
- Manage and optimise client campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics
- Write, proofread, and edit compelling ad copy and creative assets
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Lead monthly client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and growth opportunities
- Liaise with clients professionally via email, phone, and video calls
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on campaign delivery
- Use task management tools to track and deliver client requirements efficiently
- Proven track record in delivering results across PPC and paid social channels
- 2+ years’ experience managing digital marketing campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills across digital ad formats
- Strong analytical skills and experience compiling performance reports
- Confident communicator, able to lead client conversations and strategy sessions
- Familiarity with G Suite (Google Docs, Drive, Gmail) and task-tracking tools
- Driving Licence required for occasional client or office visits
