As a Solicitor specializing in Fraud, you will manage a diverse caseload of fraud-related legal matters, including motor fraud, casualty fraud, and large loss claims. Working with clients from sectors such as insurance, retail, and finance, you will provide sound legal advice and innovative solutions to help them navigate complex fraud-related issues. This role involves working on high-value cases, conducting in-depth investigations, and collaborating with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of fraud cases, including complex and high-value claims, from instruction through to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, employing a strategic and detail-oriented approach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear and pragmatic advice.
  • Work closely with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

What will help you succeed in this role?

  • 1+ years PQE with proven experience in handling fraud-related cases, ideally within insurance, motor, or financial services.
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Strong understanding of fraud law and procedures, with knowledge of case law relevant to fraud claims.
