Finance Controller - Banking

Financial Controller London | Full-time | Hybrid Qurated Network is looking for a commercially minded, process-driven Financial Controller to lead and grow our finance function. You’ll own financial operations, drive strategic analysis, and provide commercial insights to support decision-making and growth in a fast-scaling business. Reporting directly to our co-founders, you’ll take full ownership of the function – managing everything from operational oversight, financial reporting and forecasting to commercial analysis. You\’ll work with external accountants and our internal Business Support Associate, with the autonomy to grow the finance team quickly. Own financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and management accounts. Analyse data to deliver commercial insights, financial modelling, and strategic planning to drive performance. Oversee international finance, ensuring compliance across UK & US operations. Work with leadership on investment planning, cost optimisation, and expansion. Build and lead a high-performing finance function as the business scales. Qualified (ACCA/ACA) Experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and using data to provide strategic insights. Previous experience in the finance function of a high-growth consultancy, or other professional services firm. Lead and shape a high-performing finance function from the ground up.
