As a Recruitment Resourcer in our health and social care division, you will play a vital role in connecting talented candidates with organisations that provide essential services to those in need. Your primary responsibility will be to source, assess, and match candidates to a variety of roles within the health and social care sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, experiences, and career goals.
- Collaborate with clients to assess staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Recruit candidates based on current business needs and market demands.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and post-placement support.
