We’ve partnered with a Global IT Training & Consulting firm in the IT Channel & Enablement industry who’re looking to recruit more Technical Trainers into their team. As a Trainer, you’ll be working with their clients, IT businesses, getting their teams up to speed with the tools, technologies & knowledge they need to succeed. You’ll be running engaging training, workshop & webinar sessions to Technical, Sales & Pre-Sales teams within these companies.
We’re on the lookout for a Trainer who genuinely enjoys learning about new technologies and sharing that knowledge in a way that sticks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Staying up to date with the latest technologies & solutions within IT
- Deliver training sessions to Technical, Sales & Pre-Sales teams
- Working with their media team, acting as the technical subject matter expert behind the scenes when developing video and online content
- Running everything from quick online sessions to multi-day in-person training across Europe (with the odd trip to North America)
- Helping shape course structures and training materials
Requirements:
- Previous training experience (Trainer / Instructor / Teacher / Lecturer / Training Consultant / Educator / Technical Consultant)
- A strong understanding of enterprise IT, and the ability to translate this complex information to less technical audiences
- HP, HPE (Hewlett-Packard) &/OR Microsoft IT experience
- Solid understanding of server architectures, operating systems & networking
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
Training is delivered either virtually or in person – this could happen in Thames Valley or in many locations across Europe, or further. You'll have the chance to travel the world in this role! Trainers spend an average of 2-days a week in their Thames Valley office (flexible).
Salary is up to £80,000 & this is a full time permanent position.
