We are delighted to be partnered with our client, recruiting for a Group Financial Controller. This is a newly created role - set at the centre of a growing hospitality group’s next chapter. With 7 locations, they’re investing in the right systems, people and structure to support long-term growth. This role will be key to making that happen - blending hands-on leadership with strategic oversight.

Why here? With new systems being introduced and operations becoming more complex, this role has been designed to bring stronger leadership, clearer reporting, and better integration across the group. You will have the chance to shape how finance operates day-to-day, while also influencing the wider business through insight and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a capable finance team.
  • Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
  • Managing group budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
  • Overseeing the implementation and integration of new financial systems.
  • Driving process improvements and better automation across finance.

What you need:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (5+ years post-qualified).
  • Experience in a Financial Controller / Head of Finance role.
  • Confident leading finance in a group or multi-entity structure.
  • Comfortable with ERP systems and improving automation (e.g. Sage, SAP, Dynamics etc.).
  • A commercial mindset and collaborative leadership style.

Based in Dunadry (Finance Head Office) | Hybrid working available.
