Are you a Sales/Business Development Manager, looking for a new challenge? As an Area Sales Manager for the UK, you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will: Develop and extend the existing customers portfolio Sell our full range of products in all market segments Be able to uncover, build and justify customer needs Prepare quotes, work closely with the R&D department Handle all commercial tasks for the area in cooperation with the Regional Manager and our Plant Managers (business plan, budget, reporting…) You must have: Previous B2B sales within a manufacturing group Be able to identify opportunities, develop leads, close deals Minimum of 4-6 years in sales/business development (experience in closure market/packaging is a nice to have) Cultural awareness, flexible with high reactivity An excellent communicator with the ability to work on own initiative In depth understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to apply Driven to succeed and highly self-motivated while working within a European sales team A full clean driving licence Benefits for you: Company Car Private Healthcare Pension 5% from us Bonus of 20% Salary 60-65k.
