Our client, a well-established, award-winning independent Estate Agency based in Uxbridge, is looking for an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager for their busy high street office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings and Property Management, they are the leading sales and lettings agent in Uxbridge and the surrounding area. Their experienced team has an ongoing commitment to delivering the finest range of estate agency and property services in an efficient and effective manner with the customers' best interest at heart.
This role is pivotal in facilitating property lettings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, so the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits include:
- Basic £24,000 - £27,000
- OTE £30,000 - £50,000
- Monday to Friday every other Saturday with a day back in the week
