We’re looking for a highly skilled CRM Consultant to join a growing consultancy of ours. With multiple new client projects about to kick off, we’re expanding the delivery team to ensure we continue to implement and execute best-in-class CRM solutions for a variety of industries.
About the role
This is a hands-on CRM Consultant role where you’ll hit the ground running on a mix of platform migrations, implementations, and campaign builds. You’ll work directly with both our in-house CRM team and our clients’ internal teams to ensure smooth data migration and high-quality campaign delivery.
You’ll be a key part of connecting the dots between platforms like Snowflake and marketing automation tools such as Bloomreach, Iterable, SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze, migrating data, building new segments, warming up IPs, and launching campaigns that deliver real customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM platform migrations: moving customer data into new platforms and ensuring seamless integration (typical migration: 3–6 months)
- Connect data sources (e.g., Snowflake) to marketing platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Iterable)
- Migrate existing email campaigns and build new campaigns from scratch
- Execute day-to-day CRM activities: campaign builds, segment creation, automation workflows, and IP warm-up
- Work closely with the CRM team and clients’ in-house teams to deliver on deadlines and project milestones
- Be flexible and ready to pitch in where needed — we value doers who don’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with modern marketing automation tools - Bloomreach, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Klaviyo, Braze
- Comfortable with CRM platform migrations and implementation projects
- Solid campaign building and execution experience
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
