📍 Manchester | 💸 Up to £55,000 | 2 days WFH + Flexitime

Your Role:

• Lead technical delivery across Stages 3–6
• Produce and coordinate tender & construction drawing packages
• Run project meetings and liaise with clients/contractors
• Oversee site queries and ensure Building Regs/CDM compliance
• Mentor junior team members and support studio-wide delivery

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years’ UK experience in a similar role
• Strong Revit & AutoCAD skills
• Confident technical knowledge with experience delivering live projects
• Great communicator and team player
