Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to gather and document clear, concise, and testable business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the Salesforce/nCino implementation.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews across various teams.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery, including functional design reviews, UAT planning/execution, and change management.
- Document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.
- Maintain deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and nCino solutions, particularly in areas like loan origination, credit approval, covenant tracking, and onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience:
- ~5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or similar regulated industries.
- ~ Strong experience working on Salesforce projects, ideally with exposure to nCino.
- ~ Excellent understanding of commercial lending, credit workflows, and financial products.
- ~ Experience delivering end-to-end CRM or core banking platform implementations.
- ~ Ability to write high-quality business documentation, user stories, and process flows.
- ~ Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio.
- ~ Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- ~ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- ~ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience on a Salesforce/nCino implementation within a UK or European bank.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (preferred).
- Experience with regulatory and compliance processes in financial services.
- Strong communication skills in both business and technical language.
