We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role focuses on delivering visually compelling designs, creating high-quality imagery, and building engaging landing pages to drive our brand’s success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate marketing goals into captivating visual assets.
- Creative Design: Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing channels, including digital ads, email campaigns, social media, and presentations. Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Landing Page Design: Design and optimize user-friendly and visually appealing landing pages to support marketing campaigns. Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements. Work closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies for campaigns. Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the highest design standards. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance the brand’s visual presence.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team or creative agency. Proven portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.). Proficiency in web design tools and platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (preferred). Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices for landing page design. Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Competitive salary and benefits package.
