Salary: £25,000 basic plus excellent commission structure!

Responsibilities:
- Manage the candidate journey from interview to post-start follow-ups with clients.
- Build relationships with clients, candidates, and compliance teams.
- Qualify potential candidates and send applications to clients.
- Create job adverts and source candidates from job boards and other avenues.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Sell our services to potential clients and build a presence within the healthcare sector.
- Take a consultative approach with clients and candidates.
- Shift bookings
- Paid On call duties on a rota basis
Skills Required:
- Motivation to complete tasks.
- Driving licence and access to own car.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in speaking on the phone.
- Proven track record of consistent billings within permanent or temporary recruitment.
- Knowledge of social media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- A commutable distance from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
