Have you had experience working in Learning and Development? Do you want to work for an organisation that supports and cares for the Bolton Community? If so, read on. Were currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis. Immediate opportunity, paying GBP12.03 per hour, Monday to Friday. Fantastic career prospects.

What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Administrator?

  • General office duties
  • Preparation of all learning events, including classroom, e- learning activities
  • Ensure training records are updated to ensure legally and regulatory compliancy is met for all employees
  • Update company data on inhouse system
  • Inform managers of nonattendance promptly
  • Run learning completion reports for managers as agreed
  • Manage the L&D inbox and respond in a timely manner to internal and external queries including signposting or escalating to relevant colleagues
  • Ensuring smooth running of all learning events, including monthly induction
  • Completing course register maintaining accurate learning completion records
  • Support learners with queries and access issues
  • Sent out electronic copies of course completion certificates
  • Update course evaluation data, and record constructive feedback
  • Attend and contribute to one to one, and team and other meetings
