Were currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis. Immediate opportunity, paying GBP12.03 per hour, Monday to Friday. What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Administrator?
- General office duties
- Preparation of all learning events, including classroom, e- learning activities
- Ensure training records are updated to ensure legally and regulatory compliancy is met for all employees
- Update company data on inhouse system
- Inform managers of nonattendance promptly
- Run learning completion reports for managers as agreed
- Manage the L&D inbox and respond in a timely manner to internal and external queries including signposting or escalating to relevant colleagues
- Ensuring smooth running of all learning events, including monthly induction
- Completing course register maintaining accurate learning completion records
- Support learners with queries and access issues
- Sent out electronic copies of course completion certificates
- Update course evaluation data, and record constructive feedback
- Attend and contribute to one to one, and team and other meetings
