We’re excited to be hiring an IT Support Analyst for a dynamic and fast-growing insurance firm based in the heart of EC3. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their IT career within a supportive team and gain exposure to cloud-based projects and modern tech platforms.
You’ll be joining a close-knit IT team, working directly with the IT Manager to provide day-to-day support across the business. The role offers variety, responsibility, and real scope for learning and development – particularly around data reporting, SQL, and cloud technologies (training provided where needed).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing first-line technical support across the business
- Maintaining excellent customer service and taking ownership of technical queries
- Logging, tracking, and escalating issues to third-party support as needed
- Assisting with Disaster Recovery planning and testing
- Keeping accurate records of IT assets and reviewing software versions
- Supporting reporting processes – including data analysis, batch files, PowerShell, and Power BI (training provided)
- Contributing to exciting cloud and infrastructure projects
Skills & Experience:
- Around 2+ years of IT experience, ideally within insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with a Microsoft tech environment, including:
- Windows OS
- Microsoft Office 365
- Azure
- Desktop support
