We are looking for a Payments Business Analyst to join our team of consultants and participate in international projects in financial entities and fintechs. About the Profile Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Payments Systems (e.g. SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, BACS) and regulatory frameworks (e.g. PSD2, ISO 20022). Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, requirements gathering, and user story creation) and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations , with experience in integrating payment capabilities into systems. Business Understanding & Communication: Strong ability to understand and articulate business needs , translating complex banking/payment requirements into actionable plans. Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation, including functional requirements, business cases, delivery roadmaps , and standardised target operating models , tailored for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to engage with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements, including knowledge of API integrations, system architectures, and data flows in payments systems. Experienced in acting as a translator between business and technical teams , ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives. Delivery and Stakeholder Alignment: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking , with the ability to navigate complex payment ecosystems and identify clear paths to delivery. Skilled in developing, standardising and managing delivery plans , aligning technical milestones with business priorities and timelines. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to mediate between competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive collaborative solutions for both business and technical teams. Track record of managing end-to-end delivery of payment capabilities, including scoping, testing, and deployment.
