This is a hybrid role, with a mix between working 2 days a week (or more if you prefer) in our beautiful central London office (Goodge Street) and the rest of the time working from home.

- Setting the direction, ambition and growth plan for Lily’s Kitchen development to deliver accelerated results and growth optimisation within all channels.
- Analysing data, insights, market performance and trends to identify and prioritise strategic activities by channel and category.
- Using data to optimise category projects, shopper activation, pricing strategies and integrated commercial planning.
- A key enabler of our purpose to provide proper food to cats and dogs around the world and have fun doing it!
- Develop Global category strategy to deliver category growth, translatable to local markets.
- Run Category management projects.
- Analyse Market Performance.
- Leverage data to optimise business growth opportunities.
- Lead an Integrated Commercial Planning process.
- Develop the MDO team capability and dynamic with a strong, empowering, coaching leadership style.
- Clear input into annual planning processes.
- Significant commercial experience in Sales, Marketing and MDO senior roles – ideally within the Pet category.
- Broad commercial experience – Advanced knowledge of shoppers, trends, customer needs, consumer, commercial process.
- Category and channel management skills.
