Operations Manager Change management / Leadership / efficiency and growth Our client is a well-established SME, a leader in their field, delivering a specialist engineering, repair and overhaul-based service to their clients, across the UK. Theyre enjoying a prolonged period of growth and in line with this, they seek to appoint a new Operations Manager whose role it will be to facilitate their expansion and capitalise upon the opportunity for greater efficiency, that growth is bringing.
